Deliverd components not in classic plus when upgrading to 8.56 tools when we are in PUM 26

We were recently on 8.55 tools with full PUM image 26.  Recently we have upgraded a development environment with 8.56 tools, however none of the delivered component have classic plus enabled.  Is there something we need to do?
