Hyperlink to an Oracle Form from an email notification

Hi,

We have users that would like to post a hyperlink to an Oracle Form (for, instance APXINWKB - AP Invoice Workbench) from an email notification.  I know there are ways to link to an OAF web application page, however, is there a way to link to an Oracle Form?  I'm not, but I would like to be certain.
