PTF Process Scheduler Install

I feel foolish for even asking...

When Peoplesoft was originally installed in our org, we were told PTF was not installed nor configured.

Fast forward several years and we no longer have the original install and config folks, and are trying to get this done now.

No one in our org has installed or done anything with PTF.

I was told there was a server side install + config to be done.

I found the "PeopleTools 8.56: Test Framework" pdf (pt856tptf-b052017.pdf). It does not mention installing anything anywhere, just a bunch of config to do (IB, Security, etc).

I was then told, again from a different source, there is something that needs installing on the Process Scheduler box, but have searched and found nothing about this.
