Groupbox Columns - Is it possible to shift a Groupbox when a Groupbox to the left is hidden?

Hello.

I'm on PeopleTools 8.55.09

I'm developing in Classic mode.

I'm trying setup three columns on a page that I am building as an advanced search page.

There are check boxes at the top of the page to show/hide columns depending on the search functionality that is desired.

I have placed all three Groupboxes into a larger Groupbox.

Each Groupbox (outer and all three inner) have the "Adjust Layout for Hidden Fields" checked along with "Hide Border".

I have verified that the sort order of my outer Groupbox and inner Groupboxes are in the correct order with the inner fields also in the correct order.
