How to Deal with the Oracle Fusion ERP Problems.

Our Company has recently implemented Oracle Fusion ERP, but we are facing many issues in HSS,SCM,Manufacturing almost no module seems to work fine. Payments are getting doubled, sales doesn't give exact figures. While doing health checkup for our system, consultant said few configurations are missing. I want to know how to deal with these issue, so that we can start using ERP effectively.
