How to migrate Fluid Landing Page security to the next environment

Does anybody know, how to migrate security for fluid home pages. If I insert cref for fluid home page into the App Designer project, security doesn't come over. How do I ensure security for this fluid landing page is migrated together with the fluid landing page? What does oracle recommend for migration.
