Oracle.exe is pegging server CPU at 100%

Hi Everyone,

We are 9.2/PI29.  We just started experiencing Oracle.exe chewing up all the CPU and pegging at 100%.  No recent changes to the VM or any PS Updates.  Any ideas or rabbit holes to jump into on this problem?  Please let me know.
