Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Transfer Cost changing

Hi All,

When a transfer is created, the cost of the transfer is controlled by a system option TSF_PRICE_EXCEED_WAC_IND.

'N' stands for Transfer Cost must be less than or same as WAC.

Any idea why this restriction is kept, is it to control the WAC of the To_Loc (from any unintended incorrect Cost values)?
