Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am running the PTADSAEPRCS "Data Migration Workbench and it is running to sucess, but it is putting an error message in the view log trace file.

Below is the messages being put in the view log trace file:

Copy project to file repository/area/project: DATA SETS/project_data/NDU_DATA_SET_TEST (257,400)

Error: User does not have permission to perform Copy to File (257,306)

Copy To File failed (257,109)

End Application Engine Process (257,402)

I have searched peoplecode for the (257, 306) and/or (257, 109) and these two do not show up as being in any peoplecode anywhere.

Looking at the application engine program, it mentions in there that there are C++ API's and I believe these messages are produced somehow by these.
