Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Has anyone installed the latest version of HCM PUM Native OS on Windows10 Laptop? I tried doing it but keep getting an error below.

"TNS-00515: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist."

I see some resolutions with the same error in support but its for different os versions like windows server 2012 and etc.
