JPS-01016: A password credential is expected; instead found null for alias BOOTSTRAP_JPS and key

Unable to start AdminServer after WCC domain creation .

Verified cwallet.sso using orapki  and the key is not present. Do we need to add manually? Why do we see this error?

I could see the key mentioned in the server log in jps-config.xml. Where else do we need to add the key to bring up the Admin server?

Any help is highly appreciated.
