Simulating "Worklist" Navigation buttons for AWE Transactions

Requirement: Users can rapidly navigate between their approval transactions.

Issue: For most of our user's worklist items, which are generated by AWE, the user isn't presented with Worklist navigation items. (next in worklist, previous in worklist). This is true for both custom and delivered approval process even though the components are setup as allowing those buttons. As described in 1114896.1, this is the expected behavior.

We could create a separate approval component for each of these items, so that the next and previous in list buttons would simulate this behavior, but the user would still need to know to navigate to different components (one for each approval transaction type).
