CN_COMMISSION_HEADERS_ALL status updated to XCLS though the Classification Rule set values matched

Hi ,

We have revenue class rule set defined and manually when checked the values match the CN Commission headers attributes but still running the Calc program updated the status of CN Commission headers all to 'XCLS' status.

How to verify on which condition it failed.
