SG-XPCIEFCGBE-Q8-N Ethernet Drivers?

Good Morning,

I am trying locate NIC drivers for these expansion modules. The fiber channel side is coming up and working without issue utilizing QLogic drivers, but the dual 1GBE ports do not show up as interfaces at all. EM's are in a Netra 6000 with a mix of Netra Sparc T5-1B running Solaris 11.3 and X3-2B blades running Win10. First time running these EM's, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
