iExpense FYI notifications are going to delegate's supervisor

iExpense FYI notifications are going to delegate's mgr when the delegate is merely submitting expense reports on behalf of another Mgr.

example

say there are two Executives "X" and "Y"

Executive "Y" has an assistant "M"

Executive "X" has delegated access to "M" to enter Expense Reports on his behalf.

When assistant "M" is submitting Exp Rpt for "M" an FYI notification is being sent to Executive "Y" and "Y" does not want to receive those emails.

how to stop this from happening

We are using EBS 12.1.3
