RMS v16: Change Language, Date and Number Format for users in bulk

Dear community,

We need to change the Language, Date and Number Format in the User Preferences for all the users in RMS v16 in a client, but I'm unable to find any Database table or configuration file in the server where this information is maintained.

Does anyone knows how to change this in bulk?
