Standard event oracle.apps.ont.oip.statuschange.update is triggered but not invoking custom subscri

hi Team,

We have making use of standard event oracle.apps.ont.oip.statuschange.update which gets fired when a sales order is booked but sometimes it does not invoke our custom subscription.

could someone please advice how i can debug this as the issue is not certain and it only happens for few sales orders.
