'Payable Open Interface Import' not importing data from JAI_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL and JAI_INTERFACE_TA

Hi,

We are facing an issue with the 'Payable Open Interface Import' not importing the data from the  jai_interface_lines_all table.  It happens when:

1. After adding new AP invoice records in AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE and AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE, and JAI_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL and JAI_INTERFACE_TAX_LINES_ALL

2. Run 'Payable Open Interface Import'.

3. The 'Payable Open Interface Import' rejects the new AP invoice records due invalid GL account or Accounting Period not open.

4. Fix the AP import errors.

5. Run again 'Payable Open Interface Import'.

6. The data from AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE and AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE imported successfully. But the data from JAI_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL and JAI_INTERFACE_TAX_LINES_ALL did not import.
