Workfolow Use Certificate - base Digital Signature with Purchase Order Approvel R12.2.6

Dear Purchasing team!

-We want to Setup E-Signature for Purchase Order and use certificate-based digital signature.

But the registered certificate-based digital signature did not enabled for User.

- We raised that issue to SR Oracle Support . But the answer is "certificate-based digital signature for PO approvals is NOT supported at this time".

It's necessary for us now, please give me some advices about this topic.
