Business Events Subscriptions

Hi team,

We are currently working on 12.1.3 and in our business event subscription setup in workflow is as follows for business event-oracle.apps.ont.oip.statuschange.update .

Can anyone tell me if this is how it is suppose to be or it can be edited.

In my custom subscription i have passed the phase as 150 and action type ='Custom'.

Please advice if this setup is correct as i am having troubles with events where for few sales orders standard event is triggered but custom package is not invoked.

How can i troubleshoot it?
