Create Custom Fluid WorkCenter

Hello,

I've noticed there are several good guides out there today for building a brand new Classic WorkCenter from the ground up (i.e. the Classic setup done starting in PeopleTools > Portal > WorkCenter > Manage WorkCenter Dashboards/Pages). However, I am having difficulty finding something similar to help in creating a custom Fluid WorkCenter from scratch. I see one Knowledge Article asking this very question (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=289190961170325&id=2521487.1&displayIndex=1&_afrWindowMo… ), but the answer/link provided to the question just takes you to an older Oracle doc on basic General Ledger information. The only semi-pertinent section is the one about the Classic GL WorkCenter, but there is nothing on the newer Fluid WorkCenters.
