Child development workspace

Hi all,

We have the following scenario:

Developer A was created workspace devA and works on it. After a checkpoint a developer B creates the workspace devB which is child of workspace devA.

Any new objects (e.g. business services, applets, etc.)  or modified objects that have take place on workspace devA should be visible on workspace devB?
