India TDS Processing concurrent programs taking long to complete

India TDS Processing concurrent programs are taking over 10 mins to complete in an instance with minimal transactions.  Is this normal processing time?  I assume it will take progressively longer as the volume of transactions increases, is this correct?  Are there any known solutions to improve performance?  Thanks.
