Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How display Collections Score on Collections Screen?

The Customer's Score displays in the UWQ; however, once viewed in the Collections Screen, the Score is not displayed.

What is required to get the score to display?
