Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We need to create dunning contacts for customers.

Is there any API which can be used to create same in bulk, so that we do not have to set that for each customer using the collections form.
