Upgrading to PUM 29, PT 8.57.03 - One image on a custom tile is not the same size as before.

We created a custom tile for Personal Details when we upgraded to PUM 23 last year. We added a custom image because we do not keep employee pictures in our PS environment. After upgrading to PUM 29 and Tools 8.57.03, the image appears larger on the tile now. Non of our other images changes size in our new environment.We have 13 custom tiles and images on the Employee Self Service Homepage. Personal details has the only image that changed sizes.

Can anyone recommend how to resize this custom Personal Details Tile image back to normal?
