Email for Payment Confirmation

We recently started processing Credit Card Payment transactions using Advanced Collections.

Once we collect payment and hit submit button, system is expecting us to send Fulfillment Letter to Customer.

I have to attach template at Collections Admin --> Operations Setup --> Correspondence --> Payment Confirmation.

However, how can i setup separate email body for Payment Confirmation ??

We are using "IEX_FULFILL_BODY" for Promise Confirmation.

We dont want to use "IEX_FULFILL_BODY" for both Payment Confirmation and Promise Confirmation

Any help is appreciated .
