what is solution for Bug -2278442.1 for PS query

Hi

We are facing same issue as bug# 2278442.1 on our environment PeopleSoft PUM30 & PY8.57. The PS query having this issue working fine on PUM22 & PT8.55 environment and there is no change in PS query for both environments.

Can you explain me the solution of this bug it says Download requisites but patched not released yet. Let me know if the solution available to use and if not then when it will be available. (ETA)

We are in the process of upgrading PUM22 to PUM 30 & PT8.55 to PT8.57
