Blank fax received on external party

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi

I have a major issue with Fax- have logged to oracle support, has some else had this issue?

THE PABX connected to the SBC only supports G711 for fax, SP can do T.38 or G711

I have an issue when sending faxes out the receiver end gets a blank page or an error report, this has been experinced on a few numbers i fax to receiving is not a problem - i have no codec policy on the SP realm as that causes transfer issues in another realm

I have a codec policy on the stores realm :
