Purchase requisition is not getting created due to Some unit of measure conversions are not defined

Hi,

I have not been able to get purchase requisition for the item. Item is there in the min-max planning report. I have run the requisition exception report and there is a record for the item with below error.

Some unit of measure conversions are not defined

I checked the item set up and unit of measure is defined as FOOT.

I checked the supplier set up for the item and below is the same.

I have also attached the Min-Max Planning report which have entry for the item CU-T8-S-049-50.
