How to trigger separate email for each site, with 2 attachments

hello gurus,

we are able to generate the site-wise Customer Statements and site-wise dunning letters in a folder through a custom program.

However, the email is triggering with only one dunning letter.

we are looking to attach dunning letter and customer statement to a single email, and separate mail shoudl be sent to each site. Can someone please help?
