Fluid - How to hide the "Help" option in the Action menu?

Hello Community!

Can someone help me figure out how to hide the Help option on the Action menu in Fluid?  We are in the process of upgrading to PUM 29 and rolling out Fluid.  My business team has requested that the Help option on the Action menu be hidden.
