Customise PeopleSoft Signout Page With OAM

Hi,

I would like to customise my PeopleSoft signout page directing to OAM logout page.

Below is my Web Profile configuration for Logout Pages. Please advice whether the value is correctly setup or not.

Below screenshot is for older release. My current PT version is in PT8.56.

And please advice why I getting intermittent or slow response when press on signout button before the page will direct me to the customise logout page.
