Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Acme Packet (MOSC)

G729 to G711 transcoding

Hi

I have a setup

Service Provider sends G729 G711 and G723 - SP preferred codec is G729

The core wants to receive calls on G711 only, when they send calls out via the SBC they want to send G729

Would this work:

Codec Policy Core

Allow *

Add on egress G729

Codec Policy Access

Allow G711
