PeopleTools Patch Installed From Virtual CDs Error In Psadmin Web PIA Server Option 3

Our current tools version is PT 8.56.10, exception message after installing tools patch PT8.56.16.

Found KM E-INST: PeopleTools Patch Installed From Virtual CDs Error In Psadmin Web PIA Server Option 3 (Doc ID 2470370.1)

but as per this KM solution we have to deploy using DPK and then copy the files from the DPK webserver folder to the desired location that is missing files after installing using the VCD.

There are two questions how to find which all files are missing and did anyone fixed this issue without deploying DPK, if yes kindly share the solution.
