How does Oracle Advanced Collection calculate Minimum Amount on account level to get the net amount? What is the formula?

And is there any relationship between minimum amount calculation with Dunning plan (dunning level, and minimum days).

Please note that the profile option: IEX: Minimum Dunning Amount Profile Check = 'None'
