Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. HOW TO LOCATE KPI AND CALLS FILES ON OCOM/PALLADION SYSTEM

Hello Team,

We need to make a backup on OCOM operating system.

The files we expect to locate for backup purpose are:

KPI file
Calls (Records, Details, CDRs) files
Configuration file

So if we can locate these paths on operating system we can set a script to backup them to our backup system.

Someone have any solution on this ?
