Review Status is missing View Issues tab

Hello,

Our Organization recently migrated to RMS V16 and users are relying on Item, Cost and Order Spreadsheet upload.

Under Review Status, if any issue found with any of the spreadsheet uploads, "View Issues" button would be visible.

Few Days back, the "View Issues" button disappeared for the users.

Please advise me which Role we should grant them so that they would have it back.
