WSDL Do i need to redo the WSDL when we do a refresh on to a test db

We have a wsdl to a 3rd party.  When we do a refresh to a test db,  if we test data,  the data from our test side goes to their production.  I usually redo the whole wsdl setup ,  is there an easier way to change the connection to their test side?  here is a pic of where I start from.
