Can the Disqualified RFQ bid response be reversed back to accepted status

Hi,

In the Sourcing RFQ the bids received from the suppliers can be disqualified during the bid evaluation process.

Is there a provision that if a bid received from the supplier once disqualified during the analysis process can be reverted back to make it as accepted bid ?

Can the bid disqualify action be revoked /reversed for a given supplier's bid?
