Is there a way to print an entire Organization Chart using the print organization chart feature?

We are on 9.2 with PT 8.56.12 and image 19. When I click to Print an Org Chart, it only shows what displays on the page structure-wise but we want to be able to print the whole Org Chart or at least save it as a PDF.
When I use Export to Excel it is also limited on the levels that it pulls.
When I use Export to Visio - it does the same thing as it does when I click Export to Excel... goes to a Csv file, not a Visio file. Not sure why that is happening either but it is limited as well to just what shows instead of the whole organizational structure.
