PeopleSoft HCM Spoofed Senders problem

Our organization just stood up a new Office 365 Exchange server that is now treating anything leaving our PeopleSoft HCM application as a spoofed sender, since the e-mail was not created from within Outlook 365.

We currently have HCM 9.2.29 with PeopleTools 8.56.14.

Is there a way to change to FROM address of all notifications that leave PeopleSoft HCM so that it comes from the system (Peoplesoft-tech@stancounty.com)?  

I need to do this because all other "FROM" addresses are being identified as Spoofed Senders at our newly deployed Email Exchange Server (Office 365).
