Purging/Deleting Oracle Purcahsing Attachment files (FND_LOBS) Table

Dear Oracle Procurement Guru:

We are currently on Oracle EBS release 12.2.7 running GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, iProcurement and iExpense applications.

In EBS database tablespce APPS_TS_MEDIA  we have reached to 500 GB.

This tablespace has all LOBS objects. Does anybody know as how to delete FND_LOBS.

1- Is there an Oracle process or utility that we can use to delete our old application attachements in PO, iProcure and AP applications?

2- Has anybody were able to delete their Oracle EBS application's attachaments in the past?
