Approval via email is always by SYSADMIN. How can we record the notification email user as the Appro

We are using the INBOUND processing (IMAP) for workflow notifications.  The outbound (SMTP) process works. 
The INBOUND processing also works but regardless of who receives and replies to the email notification, the timecard, PO, reg, whatever is shown as being approved or rejected  by SYSADMIN.

I've searched MOS and Google to no avail.
