Using Oracle Data Provider for .NET getting ORA-12570

We are using version 4.122.1.20170524 of the Oracle data provider for .NET.

Sometimes we get the ORA-12570 Network Session: Unexpected packet read error" error.

We have seen various instances of this elsewhere but we believe that we are on the version which provided a fix for this issue.

On the database server we see no errors in the listener log or the alert log

Our database is Oracle 11.2.0.2 on Linux.

The .NET is running on Windows Server 2016.
