How do you Delete or Update a Note in Advanced Collections? (Doc ID 1593980.1)

I have seen 'How do you Delete or Update a Note in Advanced Collections? (Doc ID 1593980.1)' and the solution provided is 'The Advanced Collections application does not allow the deleting or updating of Notes created in Advanced Collections because it would be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

In the UK we get GDPR requests from customers asking us to remove data from our records.  Can anyone advise how we can fulfil these requests if the data we need to remove is contained within the 'Notes' section?
