in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

we applied patch WLS patch WLS : 10.3.6.190416 P29204678, patch applied successfully however user reported issue and we identify ojdbc6.jar was corrupted on only one sever.

Please let me know any idea is this related to patch.
