The focus on the object is lost after the object's tree is expanded and sub-object is selected

We have installed Siebel IP17 and patched it to the 18.6 version. Currently we're facing a navigation issue when we are trying to make changes in the Siebel Web Tools. The issue is that the focus on the selected object is lost after the tree is expanded and sub-object is selected. Below you can find more details how the issue could be reproduced:

1. Open Web Tools.

2. Search for any BC, for example for "Contact" BC. The searched BC is found and appropriate record is displayed.

3. Expand the object's tree and select "Fields"

4. It is expected that the "Contact" BC is still selected in the upper applet, and all its fields are displayed in the bottom applet. However, the view is refreshed, the focus on the "Contact" BC is lost, and the initial list of BCs is displayed in the upper applet instead of the single "Contact" BC.
