TDS Multiple Tax Type

We need to have different account combination defined in TDS Liability account in TAX type as we have multiple locations. Currently we can define only one combination at OU level which will default at Tax Rate level

Can we define Multiple Tax type for TDS regime so that the required combination defaults at Tax Rate level
