nVision Reports Stuck Initiated

When we try to run nVision Reports through the process scheduler it is stuck in Initiated.  We can open the reports on the server so I don't get an error there.  In the process config file we have UseExcelAutomation=1 so that the server uses Excel installed on the server to run the nVision reports.  We are on FSCM 9.2.18 Tools 856.11; MSSQL shop and Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard.
